Privacy policy

Your email address, a display name if you give one, the state you select, your membership status, and the things you create inside the app: student entries, logged hours, grades, standards progress, notebook pages, and saved resources.

A first name is optional and a grade level is required so the app can organize things. That is all. Nairn does not ask for and will not store a child's last name, birthdate, school name, photo, or address.

Only you. Every table in our database enforces row level security, which means your records are readable only by your signed in account. Nairn staff do not browse member data, and your information is never sold or rented.

Membership payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers. Nairn stores only a customer reference and whether your membership is active.

Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never stored or logged in readable form. All traffic runs over HTTPS. Secret keys live only on the server.

Account settings has a delete option that removes your profile, students, hours, grades, standards progress, notebook pages, and saved resources, along with your login. It is permanent, and it is yours to use whenever you want.
